We are pleased to announce that Great Basin Institute has implemented a new job application platform, Paycom’s ATS (applicant tracking system). With the considerable growth that GBI has undergone in recent years, the migration from our previous platform to Paycom ATS promises to create a more optimized way of managing applicants and new hires. GBI has long utilized the onboarding and personnel management systems in Paycom and the addition of a fully integrated job portal and hiring tools is expected to improve the prospective employee and recruitment management experiences.
While we’ve been through vigorous system testing, as with all technology rollouts we anticipate some hiccups or unforeseen hurdles. As we familiarize ourselves with the platform in real time, we will continue to assess how the considerable assets of Paycom ATS can best be brought to bear on equitable and efficient application review and hiring. We are already seeing the implementation of Paycom ATS deliver on our goal of achieving an industry-leading experience for our applicants and our staff.
Any applications that were submitted on Cyber Recruiter (the prior ATS) are still being considered, and re-applying is not necessary. As we move forward with this process, we encourage any applicants who run into issues to reach out to the GBI point of contact referenced in each job listing or simply email recruitment@gbinstitute.org.
